CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE

Our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable, and appointments may need to be changed. However, due to the time and resources involved in scheduling radon tests, including the time-sensitive nature of radon testing itself, we kindly ask that clients adhere to the following policy:

1. Cancellation/Rescheduling Notice:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

2. Cancellation/Rescheduling within 48 Hours:

If a rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee equivalent to 25% of the total service cost will be charged.

If a cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

3. No-Show Policy:

If a client does not show up for the appointment without any prior notice, a fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost will be charged.

4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you are facing an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs without any penalty.
